Inspection and problem judgment
The main reason for the failure of the tubing is the unqualified wall thickness caused by partial wear and corrosion. The main reason for the failure of the liner is the scratch of the inner lining, bulging deformation, scaling and waxing, etc. The above problems can be accurately determined through the inspection in the pipeline by the endoscope . The judgment rules are as follows:
crack. When the light beam irradiates the surface of the object to be tested, black or bright lines are observed, and the lines have irregular edges under a certain magnification, it is judged as a crack.
peeling. When the beam is irradiated in parallel, a shadow is observed behind the convex part; when the beam irradiation angle is changed, a clear boundary between the convex part of the surface and the surrounding object to be detected is observed, which is judged as peeling.

Pull lines and scratches. Under the beam irradiation, a relatively regular continuous long line was observed on the surface, and it was judged as a pull line.
The pits are raised. When the light beam is irradiated at a certain angle, it is connected with the boundary of the surrounding object without dividing line. The raised part has bright shadows, and the back shadows are pits.
corrosion. Under the irradiation of the light beam, a blocky, dot-like matte surface is observed, and the slight unevenness is corrosion at a certain magnification.
foreign body. When the beam is irradiated at any angle, objects other than structures that differ from the surrounding basic objects in color and brightness are redundant.
